INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Quantity Surveyor Project Commercial Job Location Co. Derry Salary £30K - £50K (BOE) plus package About the Company: Innovative and forward-thinking building contractor are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor from Junior to intermediate level to join their Commercial Team. If you are keen to move to a culture that fosters an enthusiastic approach to modern building and challenges the traditional embracing the cutting-edge technology with building then this is the role for you. All projects are based in Northern Ireland, you will be office and site based and have a variety to work on The Role: Responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project team throughout delivery. Cost Management, ensuring the projects remains in budget. Prepare tendering projects. Providing support within Project Monitoring. Contract Administration. Effective management of main contract and subcontract accounts. Preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations. Dealing with Contractual matters. Requirements: Third level qualification in QS or Construction management. 2-6+ years experience working as a QS with a Main Contractor. Cost management & administration skills. Proficient in Microsoft excel and project. Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills. Previous people management experience required. Flexible to travel to sites when required.
