SANZA Teaching Agency, on behalf of our client, a warm and inclusive primary school in Mile End, Tower Hamlets, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide specialized support for a child with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Our mission is to provide every child with the best possible education and support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
?? About the Role ??
This rewarding role allows you to play a pivotal part in helping a young learner with ASC develop essential life skills, academic achievements, and social integration.
�? What You'll Do �?
Collaborate closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and teaching staff to create tailored learning plans.
Provide one-on-one support to the child with ASC, helping them engage in class activities and reach their learning goals.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
Assist with sensory regulation and communication techniques to promote the child's well-being and progress.
Celebrate every small victory and help build the child's confidence and self-esteem.
