Grow here.Our Project and Cost Management team in Scotland has significantly grown in the last few years and is continuing to attract high performing individuals looking to progress their career and work on bespoke and interesting projects. As a result of this success we are seeking an Associate Project Manager with proven experience gained within a construction consultancy setting and specifically with a prior focus on projects within the Healthcare sector.As an Associate Project Manager joining our team heres what youll do: Client-side project management including stakeholder schedule and contract management.Be the primary interface with AECOM clients (new and existing)Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients stakeholders and members of the multi-disciplinary project teamLead in the delivery of AECOM commissions taking responsibility for their successful outcomeOversee the co-ordination and sign-off of all management information produced by the project management team prior to issueProvide line management and mentoring to all staff members reporting to you and ensure that they have current and relevant trainingParticipate in business development opportunities with existing and new clients including cross-selling opportunities ensuring that these are identified and acted uponIf youre passionate about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality AECOM welcomes you.
