Job Summary
Teesside Operations
The ConocoPhillips Norsea Terminal, located in Teesside at the mouth of the river Tees, is a crude oil reception, processing, storage, and trans-shipment installation. The terminal also fractionates natural gas liquids into ethane, propane, and butane.
The terminal’s success is built on its high performing workforce and can provide opportunities throughout your career to progress and continually develop. With ongoing production from Ekofisk and Eldfisk, other redeveloped fields and new exploration projects in the works, the future looks bright as we prepare for a lifetime to 2050.
Reporting to the STO Team Leader, the successful candidate will provide document control and administration support to the STO and completions process, with the close out of projects, MOC’s and flange management.
Job Description
Primary Role Objectives
STO Administration
Provide administrative support to the shutdown team
Maintain and regularly update STO documentation
Transferring information from job cards to control register and keeping up to date with changes
Setting up and maintaining hyperlinks to other documents, (e.g. individual job cards, pressure test procedures, lift plans, Ops procedures, etc.)
Maintain action log and TQ registers, logging responses/actions and highlight due dates approaching to owner
Produce and distribute minutes from key meetings and update action log accordingly
Provide communications support within STO and the wider organisation
Document Control
Provide document control support to the shutdown team
Focal point for the control of shutdown documentation and correspondence
Maintain Project Electronic Document Management System’s in line with CoP procedures including master document registers and document numbering
Control flow of documents & information (in and out) for internal resources and 3rd parties utilising transmittals
Manage vendor document trackers to ensure all comments and approvals are controlled within specific timescales
Create and transmit work/commissioning control packs to the SD workforce
Completions, Commissioning & Close Out
Support completions activity maintaining registers and other QA documents such as sign off sheets
Focal point for joint and instrument tag returns and maintaining associated registers
Produce completion packs incorporating associated documentation
Skills, Experience & Competencies
Basic Requirements
Experience in electronic document control (PIMS or equivalent)
Experience of maintaining project control registers
Experience of distributing and controlling documentation
Experience of creating and maintaining action logs
Experience of producing progress reports and meeting minutes
Effective time and workload management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function well within a team environment
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in the oil & gas industry or other regulated industry
Experience working with SharePoint and MS office or equivalent
