- Extensive experience collaborating with diverse clients to build teams and attract top talent
- Adept at encouraging strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
- Passionate about harnessing data insights to drive business growth and deliver results
- Skilled at prioritizing workloads and excelling in dynamic, multi-faceted tasks
Position Highlights:
- Spearhead client hiring campaigns, creating innovative searches and diverse pipelines, and market mapping across platforms
- Leverage AI-driven platforms to craft compelling recruitment content, proposals, and communications
- Conduct in-depth talent mapping to identify and nurture high-caliber candidates and decision-makers
- Design and implement scalable processes that deliver outstanding candidate and client experiences
- Contribute to Algo Capital's growth through global impacting projects
- Driving and scoping DEIB (Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity + Belonging) initiatives with team members to support inclusive hiring practices
- Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation, and best practices
- Stay current with latest technologies to effectively engage technical candidates and clients
- Mentor and train junior recruitment consultants on industry-specific best practices
