New Business Sales ExecutiveCCaaS / UCaaS Solutions Location: Hybrid (Ideally within 1 hour of the office, but flexibility considered)Salary: £45,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £90,000+) About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is not your typical account management roleits a unique opportunity for a confident, consultative salesperson who thrives on generating new business while managing a select portfolio of existing clients. Youll represent leading-edge Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions from trusted vendors such as Zoom, 8x8, Five9, and Mitel. Working within a forward-thinking, customer-focused technology provider, youll have the autonomy to develop your market and the support to maximise your success. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise sectors. Manage and grow a small portfolio of existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and account expansion. Understand client challenges and design tailored communication solutions that deliver measurable results. Produce high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective customers. Own and exceed your sales and gross profit targets through effective pipeline and opportunity management. Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver outstanding client outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer strategies. Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights to the senior management team. About You 25 years experience in direct sales, ideally within CCaaS / UCaaS or related communication technology. Demonstrable success in closing complex solutions with TCV of £500K+. Strong commercial acumen, with a proactive and strategic approach to winning new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, professional, and confident engaging with decision-makers at all levels. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (some travel required).
