This is a senior technical position providing 3rd line support, ensuring the reliability, stability, and recoverability of IT infrastructure while driving improvements and preparing for future growth. Working to ITIL principles, you will maintain policies and procedures, proactively review new technologies, and ensure the infrastructure continues to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities As Infrastructure Engineer, you will: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
