As Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to grow our brand presence, engage finance professionals, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Social Media Management: Grow PLANERGY’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, creating engaging content that highlights our solutions and thought leadership in Spend Management.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, monitor conversations about the brand, and identify engagement opportunities.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including nurture sequences, newsletters, and product updates, to increase engagement and drive conversions.
- Content Marketing: Create and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, infographics, and videos, tailored to PLANERGY’s target audience in the finance and procurement sectors.
- Design & Branding: Work closely with designers or leverage design tools to produce visually appealing marketing assets that reinforce brand identity and engage the target audience. Provide input on design and layout to enhance engagement and usability.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels, measuring performance and making data-driven adjustments.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze KPIs across all marketing channels, reporting on campaign success and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with other departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align messaging, support go-to-market strategies and create consistent brand experiences.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or finance technology, with a focus on digital, content, and social media marketing.
- B2B SaaS Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS model, particularly in finance and procurement solutions (Procure-to-Pay, Spend Management, Accounts Payable).
- Strong Design Sense: A good eye for design, with experience in creating visually engaging content and working with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) or collaborating with designers.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all content and branding efforts.
- Content Marketing Skills: Proven experience in developing content strategies and creating content that resonates with finance and procurement professionals.
- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated success in growing and managing social media channels for a B2B audience.
- Email Marketing Proficiency: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems to create and manage email campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and leverage data to make informed marketing decisions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Growth in website traffic and lead generation from digital channels.
- Engagement metrics across social media platforms.
- Email campaign open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Content engagement (views, shares, downloads) and SEO performance.
- Overall growth in brand awareness and digital footprint.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Finance or SaaS Marketing: Familiarity with finance and procurement processes or experience marketing to finance teams is a plus.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles to support content optimization and drive organic growth.
