IT Contracts and Commercial Analyst

Group IT are recruiting for x2 Contracts and Commercial Analysts on a full-time permanent basis.Reporting into the Contract and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for supporting them with all contractual aspects of IT’s delivery, including driving commercial efficiencies from current suppliers, close liaison with the IT teams for new services and defining tender requirements for all supplier engagements.Working with teams across our business, within IT and suppliers, this role is accountable for ensuring compliant, cost-efficient delivery across Group IT.Skills & experience you can bring to the role:Contract management, preferably in IT as well as great supplier management skillsExpereince of the creation of contract service schedules and service credit regimeKnowledge of procurement process including tenders, legal terms and conditionsKnowledge of IT service delivery and the interaction between service, cost, quality and service-levelsAbility to read and interpret commercial contracts, SLA’s and agreementsExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsA logical thinker with strong analytical skillsExcellent time management skills – able to plan and organise a complex, varied workload to meet deadlinesGood project management skillsGreat stakeholder engagement and supplier managementExperienced in management of commercial and stakeholder relationshipsWhat can we offer you?Along with a competitive salary, car schemes (including cars for family members), discretionary bonus, enhanced pension contributions, healthcare cash plan, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, 4 x life assurance & health & wellbeing support, we also offer a wide range of flexible benefits to suit you and your lifestyle.Group ITIn Group IT, we have an inclusive culture, built on diversity, difference and friendship that inspires us all.
