Your primary duties will be to support teaching staff by providing classroom cover, implementing set work, monitoring students and reporting on progress during short-term teacher absence.Key Responsibilities:- Support teaching staff by providing classroom cover during short-term teacher absences.- Implement set work, monitor students, and report on their progress.- Provide administrative and technical support to subject departments.- Supervise examinations and accompany school trips.- Work with the inclusion department.The Ideal Candidate Will:- Be qualified in English, Maths, and Science to at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent).- Be willing to work flexibly, use initiative, and handle pressure effectively.- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for supporting young people.- Have an excellent sense of humour.Safeguarding:Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that the successful applicant must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.For more updates on the role, do not hesitate to contact Jessie Dowden at (url removed) or apply at
