We are a London-based agency specialising in paid search, display and social media advertising, search engine optimisation, and website analytics and optimisation. We have been established in 2010, and our multilingual team handles UK and multi-national clients with sites in many countries all over the globe.


We are looking for a proactive and client-focused individual to join us. As an Account Manager, you will lead seamless communication and successful implementation of digital marketing strategies by bridging clients and internal teams. As a member of our team, you will work directly with clients and key stakeholders on social media, both organic and paid.


Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager / Social Media Specialist:

  • Lead the communication and collaboration between the client and the digital marketing team as the primary point of contact
  • Ensure clients' needs, business goals and objectives are understood
  • Develop and present digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and goals
  • Take responsibility for client work e.g. attending agency/client briefings, taking ownership of briefs, managing client demands & expectations, etc.
  • Take ownership of the creation of comprehensive and clear briefs for internal teams, detailing project objectives, KPIs, and requirements
  • Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (incl. Paid Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn and Meta advertising)
  • Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages across all social media platforms
  • Overseeing all company social media accounts management
  • Developing engaging, creative, innovative content for scheduled posts, which engage audiences across all social media channels
  • Support members of the team to balance workload across the team, helping with general administration and organisation
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing platforms


Requirements of the Digital Account Manager / Social Media Specialist:

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies involved in running paid media campaigns
  • Ability to develop digital marketing strategies
  • Excellence in customer service
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in a digital agency environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and perform effectively under deadlines
  • Keen interest in the latest trends and emerging technologies on the web
  • Fluency in more than one language is a plus
  • University degree is required
