About the Role

This exciting position focuses on planning and strategy in digital media, requiring a candidate with a strong understanding of lower-funnel KPIs and performance-driven campaigns. Your ability to optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results will be central to success in this role.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic media plans across key digital platforms.
  • Leveraging data to optimize performance and guide decision-making.
  • Hands-on management of campaigns to drive KPIs, including acquisition and conversion.
  • Creating insightful reporting with actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Building collaborative relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in planning and executing lower-funnel digital campaigns, especially in Paid Search, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic.
  • A background in performance-focused media campaigns, driving direct results for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Experience in both strategy development and day-to-day campaign management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach to collaboration.
