As part of their strategic growth plan for the Real Estate Finance practice, they are seeking a talented Associate to join their highly regarded Exeter team.Your new roleYou will be joining a market-leading Real Estate Finance team that advises major lenders, investors, and developers on complex financing transactions. The team works across a range of sectors including commercial property, residential development, and investment portfolios. You will play a key role in supporting high-value transactions, drafting and negotiating finance documents, and managing client relationships.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Real Estate Finance lawyer with a strong background in advising on property finance matters. Ideally, you will have experience acting for banks, alternative lenders, and borrowers on secured lending, development finance, and investment transactions. Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a varied caseload are essential.
