Description

We are hiring a Senior Merchandise Assistant to join a successful Merchandise department. You will have the opportunity to have an impact on the commercial opportunities across stores, websites and ultimately growth of the business. The role is varied and you will be involved in the running of weekly reports, analysis and communicating this back to your colleagues across the business.


Merchandising is more than just reporting though, it is the engine room to how our business works. There are trade meetings, store visits, development of product knowledge, adjusting prices and knowing when to, liaising with the wider stakeholder network.


The Team

You will have the chance to work across branded suppliers and own brand supply chain. Within each department you will have the opportunity to be really hands on and see how your actions influence the sell through of products and ultimately get those sales in the till.


You will be supported in your journey and we will celebrate your progression with you, every step of the way. There are regular 1-2-1s, training and support available but most importantly, we will provide all of the tools to help you feel empowered on your journey.

Organisational skills are a must and we always love to see people with a methodical approach to tasks. Ideally, you will some experience within a merchandising department in a similar role.
