Shopfloor Foreman We are currently recruiting for a Shopfloor Foreman to work out of one of our prestigious clients based in Newcastle under Lyme. For this Shopfloor Foreman role, you will be responsible for: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, assisting in the monitoring of workplace safety. Deliver Toolbox Talks and support H&S initiatives in collaboration with the Production Foreman. Oversee inductions and competency signoffs for new operatives. Deliver training on new machinery and processes to existing and new team members. Manage new starter induction plans. Create and manage employee work schedules. Supervise and assign daily tasks to shopfloor operatives. Act as the first point of contact for operatives regarding machinery, performance, and attendance issues. Operate machinery, including forklifts and CNC machines, as required. As well as tooling and consumables.
