As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.As a consultant joining GROW youll be working within a diverse team of consultants cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. Youll be responsible for your own deliverables liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets. Role accountabilities:As an Environmental Social & Governance Consultant in our Property & Investment team you will support our investor clients understand key sustainability risks and opportunities when they are acquiring properties or refurbishing their existing property portfolios across the UK and Europe. We do this by providing a range of environmental social and governance (ESG) services. You will be fundamental in driving our digital solutions to analyse assess and report on matters such as Net Zero Carbon climate change risk green building certification and sustainable building design among others. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and market leading team learn about a rapidly changing landscape of regulatory and market drivers in real estate investment and support some of the largest investment firms in the world. Accepted Degrees: BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management Design & Architecture Sustainable Development Environmental Change Renewable Energy Sustainable & Environmental Management Building Services or Building Physics.Qualifications & Experience:You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant masters or bachelors degreeYou will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience Creativity Analytical Thinking and being a Team PlayerYou will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)Why ArcadisWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
