Sales Executive – Regulatory IT Solutions

Ennov is seeking sales representatives to strengthen its team in Europe.


Reporting to our VP of Sales & Marketing in Paris, you will be responsible for selling our RIM (Regulatory Information Management) solutions to clients located in Europe.


Your Profile – Skills and Required Experience:

  • You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, selling IT solutions to clients in the life sciences field.
  • You are fluent in English, French and/or German.


Role and Responsibilities


Prospection:

  • Carry out prospecting activities.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities: manage appointments, conduct presentations, and draft meeting reports.
  • Attend promotional events and user group meetings.
  • Present the product catalog to prospects and clients.


Managing Commercial Aspects Between Prospects/Clients and the Company:

  • Prepare quotes and respond to needs within the limits of Ennov Group's available offerings.
  • Conduct negotiations for commercial contracts.
  • Finalise sales.
  • Record all interactions with prospects and clients in shared tools and keep these records updated.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee conflict resolution.
  • Ensure the sustainability of client relationships.
  • Prepare and promptly hand over files to post-sales teams in accordance with current guidelines.
  • Submit regular activity reports to the Sales and Marketing Management, following the established procedures.
  • Keep the CRM system updated.
  • Report difficulties with managed accounts well before an open crisis arises.
  • Provide suggestions for improving the developed applications.
  • Actively contribute to quality assurance efforts.


Contribution to Client Satisfaction:

  • Ensure clear, complete, and compliant contracts aligned with Ennov Group's offerings.


Possibility for full remote in the UK.
