• Position :Specialist Grill Chef De Partie
• Employer : Fine Dining Restaurant
• Location: Oban
• Gross OTE salary package: circa£32,000(incl.share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
• Working hours / days up to48hrswithin a5 day week

Your role involves skilful preparation of complex Grill dishes and specialities specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in the preparation of authentic, high-quality Grill dishes & specialties
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

• Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC or similar
