The role is vital in providing excellent customer service ensuring equipment reliability and supporting Liftec Expresss reputation for quality and safetyKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and carry out repairs on various lift types including passenger goods and platform liftsReplace defective or worn components as neededUndertake both planned and reactive maintenance worksEnsure all tasks comply with health and safety standards and industry regulationsProduce detailed technical reports and recommend further actionsDeliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationshipsWork independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlinesSkills and Qualifications:NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent e.g. J-Modules)Proven experience in lift repair servicing and maintenanceStrong fault-finding skillsAbility to read technical drawings and wiring diagramsExcellent problem-solving ability and attention to detailExperience with multiple lift brands and control systemsStrong understanding of health safety and compliance requirements in lift engineeringStrong electrical engineering skills with proven fault-finding abilityCustomer-focused with clear communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional committed and safety-first mindsetComfortable working independently and within a team adaptable and solution-orientedConfident using digital and electronic field management toolsValid UK driving licence (essential)Liftec Express is a group of core specialist businesses which focus on the supply installation maintenance repair and modernisation of all types of lift equipment in commercial and residential properties.
