What’s in it for you:

Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day hospitality operations
- Ensure seamless, high-quality hospitality service from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Bars Manager for a unified team approach.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
- Generate secondary spend through merchandise and immersive moments.
- Train and develop the guest experience team.
- Schedule staff using Fourth and manage payroll sign-offs.
- Uphold food safety and health guidelines.
- Assist in recruiting and cultivating a top-notch team.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in hospitality, with 3+ years in a management role
- Experience in high-volume events or similar settings.
- Inspirational leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, finance, and IT tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Ability to embody and positively promote vision and values
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 (desirable)
- Personal license holder (desirable)
- Experience with Fourth and PointOne systems (desirable)
- Training in conflict management, fire safety, first aid, and de-fib (desirable)
