We are excited to present a distinctive opportunity for an experienced Solicitor with c. 5 years of PQE to become a part of a successful and well-established Private Client team in Devizes.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing fee-earning services to private clients in several key areas, including:

• Probate and estate administration
• Wills
• Taxation
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Lifetime Tax Planning
• Farming & Agricultural Estate Planning
• Court of Protection matters
• IPFD Claims
• Trusts
• Conveyancing

You will support a partner with a busy and established caseload, working both independently and collaboratively. A solid understanding of probate and deeds of variation is crucial for this position, while knowledge of trusts and tax will be beneficial. Exceptional client management skills are a must, as you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, particularly within the farming sector. This position also provides the chance to pursue the STEP diploma.
