Parts Advisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting customers with their parts needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: Maintain accurate inventory records of all parts and accessories Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their machines Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked Utilize computer systems and software to track inventory, sales, and customer information Assist in receiving and stocking new inventory shipments Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data entry and analysis Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of agricultural parts and accessories is a plus Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Parts Advisor.
