We are seeking an experienced CivilSupervisors to join our team at Morrison Telecom Services. This role will be overseeing various projects and ensuring the effective execution of work on the Openreach network.

You may be an experienced supervisor or somebody who is eager to take the next step in their career and advance to a supervisory position.

What will you be doing?

The Purpose of the Civils Supervisor is to ensure a scheduled programme of work is delivered on time, to budget in a safe, quality manner across all products. Civils Supervisor oversees the day to day operational duties of the field engineers (both supply chain and direct labour) and ensure quality service is being performed. Civils Supervisor also responsible for co-ordination, delegation, supervision & quality control of onsite works, including responsibility for performance, and role Model the desired behaviours that best reflect the values of MTS.

Whatwill your key responsibilities be?

Demonstrate a structured and consistent approach to the Supervision of all Field Operatives across both Flex and Civils whether they areDirect Labour or Sub-Contractor resources.
