This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape how we design and deliver transformation across our business. Working directly with our Chief Experience Officer youll collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to understand needs identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver projects that enhance both client and employee experience. From process redesign and service transformation to technology-enabled change youll play a key role in bringing clarity structure and momentum to a variety of initiatives. What Will You Be Doing Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyse and document business requirements. Map and evaluate current (as is) processes identifying areas for improvement efficiency or automation and help design and implement future (to be) processes. Translate business needs into clear actionable project deliverables. Willing to take a hands-on approach occasionally supporting light project management activity to keep initiatives moving. Support the design and delivery of change initiatives including technology rollouts service redesigns and operational improvements. Facilitate workshops interviews and focus groups to gather insights test ideas and build consensus. Work closely with project managers the internal IT team and external partners to ensure solutions meet business needs. Develop business cases impact assessments and benefits realisation plans and contribute to post-project reviews. Monitor and report on project progress risks and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability. RequirementsWho Were Looking For: Experienced analyst proven experience as a Business Analyst ideally within legal professional services or other regulated environments where governance and client impact are key. Confident working on both business and technology-focused projects translating between technical teams and business stakeholders. Recognised business analysis qualification(s) such as BCS Foundation and Practitioner IIBA CCBA/CBAP or PMI-PBA. Adaptable and proactive This is a new team with new processes and balancing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment is essential Comfortable working in a developing fast-evolving environment where processes are still being shaped. Youll enjoy bringing structure and clarity without needing everything predefined. Strong communicator confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels from technical teams to senior leaders. Technically confident proficient in process mapping and analysis tools Collaborative team player eager to work cross-functionally and contribute to a growing change capability. Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR). Understanding of digital transformation and client experience strategies.
