Warpaint Amazon Multi-Territory Account Executive 


Warpaint London PLC is an AIM listed company that owns multiple cosmetics brands including W7 and Technic. As part of our omnichannel development plan we have a vacancy for an individual who will help deliver the businesses ecommerce plans within the DTC team. 


This role focuses on driving sales growth and enhancing the overall performance of products on the Amazon platform through strategic planning and execution. Working within our DTC team implementing and optimising agreed online sales strategies. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Visual Content Research: Continued review and reporting of competitor visual content and best in class for Amazon content for ways to enhance our listings to drive conversion.
  • Management of New Content Production: Direct liaison with studio or in house team to create new visual product and model content driven by research and best in class findings.  
  • Product Listing Management: Optimise and manage product listings and content to improve visibility and sales on Amazon. 
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the DTC team to maximise revenue and increase market share. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, interpret data, and produce reports to track progress adjusting strategies as needed. 
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the DTC and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring availability and optimising stock sell through. 
  • Competitor Analysis: Undertake market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product positioning, developing NPD call outs. 
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through engagement strategies, managing reviews, and addressing customer communications effectively. 
  • Promotional Campaigns: Work within the DTC team to ensure promotional campaigns, including discounts, advertising, and deals are aligned with overall objectives. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all marketing disciplines, product development, and logistics to ensure all elements are fully integrated to develop and maximise platform profitability. 


Required Skills 

  • Experience in eCommerce, especially with Amazon platforms, is desirable. 
  • Strong analytical, reporting and data interpretation skills. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and eCommerce analytics tools preferred. 
  • Communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. 
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. 
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central platform.
