Regional Finance Business Partner / North-West (Hybrid) / £60,000 + car allowance and a competitive benefit package.

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced, Fully Qualified Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner, looking to join our client who are a renowned global organisation based in the North-West. Offering a competitive benefits package, with strong career development, this role offers the right candidate a chance to join this high-performing, collaborative and market- leading organisation.

Reporting directly into an impressive Head of Finance, your role will be broad and varied:

  • This role will focus on business partnering with key stakeholders across your region.
  • As a proactive Finance Business Partner, you will provide support, challenge, and insight to the General Managers of each site within your region.
  • Providing timely and accurate financial information, analysis, and commentary
  • You will build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across your region, recommending solutions and explaining variances to identifying risks and opportunities to drive profitability and performance.
  • You will interpret, analyse and communicate the numbers, producing monthly reporting pack and presenting in the monthly review meetings.
  • Provide robust challenge to your business units on the current business performance
  • You will be highly driven and focussed to add value and impact in this role.
  • Providing insight into customers and sales team performance
  • Ensure strong financial controls are in place across the entities within your region.
  • Support the wider business with various ad hoc Finance projects as required.

Key Skills

  • Fully Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Previous experience working within a similar Finance Business Partner role, with strong evidence of delivering value to an organisation.
  • Naturally analytical and commercially focussed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to constructively challenge and influence at all levels.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
