What You’ll Be Doing:Leading and inspiring a small, dedicated team to deliver five-star serviceManaging daily operations, rotas, and facility standards with precisionEnsuring a safe, serene environment through rigorous H&S and complianceOverseeing budgets, reporting, and continuous service improvementCreating meaningful resident experiences through fitness events and spa promotionsBuilding trusted relationships with residents and estate managementDriving engagement across the gym, spa treatments and areas, fitness classes, and wellness services.
