Reporting to the Executive Manager, the Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple commercial, retail and industrial electrical projects for values between £10,000 and £750,000.The primary role of the Electrical Project Manager will be ensuring that the allocated projects are run efficiently and profitably ensuring full compliance to Health & Safety legislation and contract conditions. The most critical conditions being that all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe working manner, within programme and to the total satisfaction of our client.Main Duties & Responsibilities? All aspects associated with the role of a qualified (NVQ City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent) electrical engineer with proven experience of estimating.? Estimating/tendering and submitting pricing documents.? Overseeing, managing and training of office based and on site personnel.? Understanding of the contract design and construction drawings.? Relay/discuss relevant information with the client, their agent or on-site personnel.? Managing specialist commercial and industrial nominated sub-contractors.?
