Your new companyI am working with an exciting sustainability focussed organisation who are currently working on a variety of commercial projects such as schools, universities, healthcare and more, so there is a great range of end clients to work with.Your new role * Attending commercial property to undertake EPC assessments, across Birmingham * Modelling EPC data and providing complete EPCs and Recommendation Reports. * Liaison with clients to provide relevant EPC advice as required. * Preparing Energy Improvement reports, based on initial EPC assessments. * Engage with clients to understand project requirements, present technical solutions, and address client concerns. Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability. Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables. * Perform site inspections and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration. * Stay updated on emerging technologies, software updates and relevant legislation.What you'll need to succeed * EPC/NDEA experience * Either a Level 3 or 4 EPC accreditation * Commerical experience
