Job Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to inform the Project Management Office
  • Generate the necessary document for the industrialization of the products (drawings, structures)
  • Analyze, propose and make plans and activities of continuous improvement and resolve problems, providing new technical solutions that improve the performance and/or cost of the products.
  • Provide technical support to the rest of the department when required.
  • Build and develop your own team, with a particular focus on individual development and retention of talent.
  • Ensure the fulfilment of the established deadlines in the actions where it is required.
  • Fulfil the current standards with respect to data protection and access to information.
  • Report the required information referring to your area of work.

  • University Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Project Management Skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical design that is linked to electrical/electronic systems.
  • Knowledge of digital electronics digital based on micro controllers.
  • Design of PCB layouts and wiring.
  • Management experience
