Joining CSL now means being part of an agile team committed to developing therapies that make a meaningful difference worldwide.Position Description SummaryThe Senior Manager Development Platform provides operational and technical support for clinical platform implementation and ongoing performance monitoring ensuring effective delivery and end-user engagement.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day platform delivery activities for assigned clinical studies or functions.Support system configuration testing and deployment in collaboration with IT and business partners.Assist in documenting platform requirements and process improvements.Track issues enhancements and end-user feedback to inform optimization efforts.Contribute to vendor coordination and operational alignment for external partners.Qualifications and Experience RequirementsBachelors degree in Life Sciences Engineering or related field.7 years of experience in clinical operations or digital systems support.Familiarity with clinical trial systems and operational workflows.Detail-oriented strong team collaborator with a problem-solving mindset.Our BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
