Deputy Manager

I have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager in Cippenham (Slough) - Immediate Start As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained. Key Responisbilities: Leading and managing the nursery team / Supporting the manager Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Creating and implementing engaging educational programs Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations What We're Looking For: A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible What's on Offer: 25 days holiday and Bank Holidays Parking available on site Discounted childcareMonday - Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm) - Shifts between these hours depending on contracted hours (40 or 45 hours per week) Why Join Us? We believe in creating a joyful and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
