Job Title: Employment Solicitor

Location: Large Regional Firm (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Settlement Agreements: Manage a significant volume of settlement agreements, working with both employers and employees to ensure favorable terms.
  • Representing Both Sides: Provide thorough legal support to employers and employees on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including disciplinary cases, redundancies, and TUPE.
  • Mixed Caseload: Handle a blend of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Enjoy the flexibility to pick up work independently from a large pool of available cases.


Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law, ideally in a regional or national firm.
  • Proficient in handling settlement agreements and guiding both employers and employees.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
