Job DescriptionLettings Property Manager - Mansfield - up to 30kWe are recruiting an experienced Lettings Property Manager for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client based in Mansfield. A leading independent agent who have been established for many years they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology. As a Lettings Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates dealing with day to day maintenance as well as overseeing bigger works property inspections preparing properties for move in handling tenants vacating the property and dealing with deposit returns.Main Duties for the Property Manager role:Managing a portfolio of propertiesCommunicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works required actions to be undertaken resolving accordinglyArranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedbackEnsure all legal compliances are up to dateRenewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreementsLiaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancyCommunicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancyResolving Landlord and Tenant enquiriesEssential Skills required for the Property Manager role:Property management experience An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and TenantsExcellent written and verbal communication skills at all levelsAbility to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service Strong Organisational SkillsQuick learner who thrives on attention to detail Driven and a real desire to succeed - Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivationProven Leader with excellent problem-solving capabilityGenuine interest in property and people Full UK driving licence and carThe team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
