This role requires proactive problem-solving collaboration with shift teams and adherence to operating discipline standards. You may also mentor and train less experienced operators.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor process equipment conditions and control systems.Perform scheduled and unplanned operational tasks.Conduct effective shift handovers and maintain qualifications.Mentor and train team members on processes and troubleshooting.Participate in investigations and improvement initiatives.Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance as per policy.QualificationsProduction Unit certifications typically required.Operator Process Technology or related field plus process operations manufacturing or other related experience lieu of degree equivalent years of experience required.Your SkillsOperator progression is managed at the site level.Must utilize discretionary time for skill development and continuous improvement.Familiarity with safety standards Incoterms and payment terms is beneficial.Additional notesNo relocation is available for this roleBenefits What Dow offers youWe invest in you.Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay your health your life your future and your bring your background talent and perspective to work every day.
