Job title: Finance Director Location: Derbyshire Salary: £95,000£110,000 (DOE) Hybrid Working Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for building structure, driving transformation, and shaping a business during a period of rapid expansion? The Opportunity The business has grown at pace and with major growth has come further complexity: fragmented systems, legacy processes, and the need for strong, influential finance leadership. As the Finance Director, you will be taking the operational reins for finance and driving transformation across reporting, forecasting, compliance, controls, and team development. This is your chance totake an SME-built finance function and lead it into its next phasetaking ownership of a growing finance function and helping to shape it into a more structured, corporate setup as the business continues to scale.
