Niyaa People are looking for an Electrician to join a team within a large, reputable housing association working on social housing properties.The successful candidate will be expected to carry out various day to day repairs and reactive maintenance works in tenanted properties. This is a contract role offering a possible permanent position after 12 weeks. If successful, you will be offered an hourly rate, CIS or PAYE, a company van and fuel card, a full induction process, clear progression routes and many more benefits when moving into a permanent role.The Electrician role is:Coventry based£25 per hourMonday - Friday, 40 hour weekThe successful Electrician will be expected to carry out:Day to day repairsReactive maintenanceWork in social housing propertiesWe are keen to speak to any Electricians who hold the following:Full UK driving license 18th Edition Wiring Regulations NVQ Level 3 or EquivalentTesting & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)You will be required to pass a DBS Check for this contract.If this position is of interest to you and you would like to know more, please apply below.
