Description

  • Undertake detailed surveys and produce reports.
  • Damp and Mould focus.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss project requirements and provide professional advice.
  • Collaborate with the Construction team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Keep abreast of industry advancements and apply relevant changes to work practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all surveying activities.

Profile

A successful Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Surveying.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit and charities sector.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes and surveying techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of work and professionalism.
