CLEANER Gi Group are currently looking for a Cleaner to join our client based in Swansea. Hours of work: 09:00-14:00 Days of work: Various Duration: Adhoc Responsibilities: - Cleaning designated areas within our client's student accommodation, including bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens, and all white goods contained in the kitchens. - Vacuuming, spot cleaning and shampooing carpets, sweeping and polishing floors, and cleaning stairs - Washing walls, doors, furniture, radiators, lampshades as appropriate - Emptying waste bins and removing rubbish from flats to bin store areas - During the summer season only: Making beds, including stripping and changing sheeting, collecting laundered linen from store, and bagging/packing laundry for collection - Cleaning internal and external windows, where applicable - Cleaning and washing glasses, cutlery, and cooking utensils, as appropriate - Daily liaison with residents, Residence Managers, and associated staff from our client - Acting in accordance with all Health & Safety policies and practices at all times We are looking for candidates with prior experience in cleaning within a similar environment, strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
