Due to growth, we are looking for an inspiring Learning Manager for Mathematics to lead and strengthen our maths provision across the college. The role Lead the design and delivery of our maths curriculum, from GCSE resits and Functional Skills to adult learning and employer-led programmes. Support and develop a committed and talented team of teachers to deliver excellent lessons and outcomes. Work with colleagues, schools, employers and awarding bodies to ensure our offer is ambitious, inclusive and future-focused. Drive innovation through digital tools, evidence-informed practice and inclusive pedagogy. About you Strong knowledge of maths teaching and curriculum development. A track record of effective teaching and supporting student progress. An understanding of the Education Inspection Framework. The ability to lead with confidence: motivating colleagues, setting direction, and driving improvement. You may already be in a formal leadership role, or you may have developed these skills through leading projects, initiatives or teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why join us? A retention incentive bonus up to £3,000 T&Cs apply: A one-off incentive bonus of up to £3,000 may be awarded upon successful completion of the probation period. The exact amount will be determined at the offer stage, based on the candidate's skills, experience and current salary. Eligibility and incentive level will be assessed in relation to the job specification and required skill set. Following successful completion of probation, candidates are required to remain in post for a minimum of 18 months. Early departure will result in full repayment of the incentive.
