Job DescriptionExperienced ArchitectLocation: North DevonPosition: Full-Time PermanentSalary: Competitive DOEAre you a qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) with a strong portfolio of residential projects Are you looking for a new challenge in a progressive design-led practice based in the beautiful South WestWere seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our growing team in North Devon bringing design expertise and technical leadership to a range of bespoke residential projects.About UsEstablished architectural practice with deep roots in the South WestSpecialising in high-quality bespoke residential designStrong focus on sustainable context-driven architectureCollaborative friendly team with a passion for design excellenceGrowing practice with a stable client base and pipeline of exciting workThe RoleAs an Architect in our studio you will:Lead projects from concept through to completionOversee design development technical delivery and contract administrationCollaborate closely with colleagues consultants and clients to ensure design intent is realisedUse your creativity technical knowledge and communication skills to deliver thoughtful well-crafted homesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop concept and planning designs through to detailed construction packagesPrepare and manage planning building control and tender documentationLead coordination across disciplines and contribute to project strategyAttend site meetings and manage contract administration on live projectsMentor junior staff and contribute to maintaining a strong studio cultureEnsure compliance with relevant planning policy and building regulationsRequirementsARB-registered Architect (RIBA Chartered desirable)5 years post-qualification experience preferably in residential architectureExcellent REVIT skills and experience working in a BIM environmentStrong design sensibility paired with robust technical knowledgeProven experience running projects independently and collaborativelyThorough understanding of UK planning system and building regulationsConfident communicator with a proactive professional approach Key Skills APIs,Pegasystems,Spring,SOAP,.NET,Hybris,Solution Architecture,Service-Oriented Architecture,Adobe Experience Manager,J2EE,Java,Oracle Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
