Security Engineer / InstallerMidlands Based | Up to £42,000 + Excellent Package | PermanentWe’re partnering with a growing and well-established security solutions provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Security Engineer / Installer into their engineering team. This is a remote, Midlands-based role with no travel outside your region, offering stability, work–life balance, and genuine development opportunities.If you’re looking for a supportive environment, long-term progression, and a company that values high-quality engineering, this could be an excellent next step.The RoleAs a key member of the engineering team, you will:Install and commission intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systemsCarry out servicing, preventative maintenance and efficient fault-findingEnsure all work aligns with BS EN 50131, PD 6662, SSAIB/NSI and GDPR requirementsDeliver clear system guidance and excellent customer service to clientsComplete accurate job sheets, reports and compliance documentationWork closely with operations and support junior engineers when requiredAbout YouWe are looking for:A minimum of three years’ experience working on intruder alarms, CCTV and access controlStrong technical knowledge of IP/analogue CCTV, fault diagnosis and commissioningA solid understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standardsRelevant qualifications (City & Guilds, 18th Edition, SSAIB/NSI) – desirableFull UK driving licence and the ability to pass a DBS checkStrong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a customer-focused approachWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £42,000 (flexible depending on experience)26 days’ holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pensionCompany van (available for private use)Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pmContinuous training and development opportunitiesThe chance to join a respected, growing team with a strong reputation in the sectorIf you are a Security Engineer seeking long-term stability, progression, and a role with regional-only travel, we would be pleased to hear from you.Feel free to get in touch for more information or to apply.
