Head of ITDivisional Capabilities- PackagingLocation EuropeSubject to ConsultationAbout the roleThe Packaging business is embarking upon an ambitious strategy to develop a compelling Digital CustomerSupply Chain and Manufacturing proposition which will power our next phase of growth.TheHead of IT - Packaging Divisional Capabilities will be pivotal insupporting the definition build and deployment of the supporting I&T strategy and willbe responsible forthe development of new I&T service capabilities to realise this.As theHead of I&TDivisional Capabilitiesyou arethe strategic interface between I&TSMI DivisionalFinanceandCommercialfunctionswho are key functions of the packaging business& as the single point of accountability for thePackaging SMI Finance&Commercialfunctions forperformance and delivery of I&T Service Portfolio Risk and Budget. You will build strongrelationships through proactive business engagement and be a valued and trustedHead of I&T.You will reportinto the I&T organisationwitha dotted functional reporting line intoPackaging SMILeader andLeadership Teamrepresentingboth I&T and thePackaging SMI &respectively.This is akey role in the success of the business ensuring that thebusinessobjectivesareunderstoodand that the I&T strategy isaligned andunderpins the delivery of the business strategy.You willmake surethe business has access to technology innovation and advisory both internally and externally to ensure alignment and delivery of the portfolio and maximising value in support of the businessstrategy.The roleremainsthe voice of thePackaging SMIinto I&T and the voice ofI&T into PackagingSMI;influencingshapingand prioritising the business and technology change roadmap.With direct reporting lines offunctionalbusiness partnersanalysis team solution engineering teambusiness analysisdivisional data engineeringanddivisionaldigitaldevelopment Withthe accountability to the business forI&T Service Portfolio Risk and Budget.Key responsibilities for the Head of I&TSupply Chain & Operationsare:Relationship ManagementBuild and sustain business relationships based on mutual trust anddemonstratedvalue.Identifykey stakeholders within thepackaging SMI & Ops function; define and execute relevant engagement plans.Identifykey business forums within the packaging SMI & Opsfunctions and secure a seat at the table for the team and be the voice of IT into the Business and the Business into IT.IT Portfolio & StrategyAs abusiness partnertheywill ensure that the Businessobjectivesare understood and that the IT strategy isaligned andunderpins the delivery of the business strategy.Influenceshapeand prioritise the technology strategy and change roadmap.As aBusiness Partnertheywill own the ITportfolio andmanage the demand for theSMI Financeand Commercial Functions.Ensure regular andtimelyupdates on IT strategy and IT enabling portfolio initiatives intoFunctions and stakeholdersUnderstand market challenges including customer priorities and competition and translate where IT Innovation and value can be added.Ensuring that the business has access to effective and efficient technology services along with theexpertiseto enable innovation and delivery of a value driven portfolio.RiskResponsible for ensuring that all IT Risks at group and local business level are recorded and managed as part of the IT risk management processBudgetResponsible for the preparation alignment and delivery of the IT budget for thepackagingSMI andopsfunction.Service DeliveryTake accountability for the delivery of services into theSMI & Opsarea.Work closely with the ITfunctiontoensure services are managed and delivered to SLA and expectation.Champion the needs of the business where continuous and service improvementis required tobe deliveredAbout youHighly experiencedinaBusiness Partner RoleDemonstrablearound developingIT customer experience solutionsExperience of IT Delivery of strategic Change programmesPreviousexperience of working within a multinational matrix organisationStrong experience of the packaging sectorStrong understanding ofInformation SecurityAgile Delivery ExperienceProject Management QualifiedDegreeorotherrelevant experienceRequired Experience:Director Key Skills Accounting,Drafting,Concrete Pump,KG Teaching,Automobile,Accident Investigation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
