About the Role As an Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating a small team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring safe and effective maintenance across a wide range of production equipment. You'll lead by example, managing day-to-day tasks, allocating work, supporting breakdown response, and ensuring all planned maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support a small team of multi-skilled engineers on shift. Allocate engineering tasks, ensuring effective use of labour, skills and resources. Oversee reactive maintenance, coordinating rapid and safe breakdown resolution. Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is completed on time and to specification. Drive continuous improvement activities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Support site engineering projects, installations and commissioning of new equipment.
