Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring their import needs are met.

•Prepare quotations, pricing structures, and sales proposals for customers.

•Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.

•Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.

•Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

•Collaborate with the Customs team for clearance and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

•Fluency in Turkish and English is essential.

•Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a sales operations role.

•Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
