Do you want to play a key part in the design and production of exciting new products?Due to continued investment, this leading-edge manufacturing business is currently in the midst of a huge recruitment drive and is looking for a MRB Engineer (Composites) to join their growing team in Burnley on a 12 months contract basis.The RoleWithin the role of MRB Engineer you'll be responsible for:As an MRB Composites engineer, you will provide technical support to production in regards to the technical processing of non-conformities and you will develop methodologies.Responsibilities include:* Conducting and overseeing the technical processing of non-conformities in accordance with procedures and customer requirements, in direct collaboration with experts and wider team.* Ensuring production support.* Systematizing analysis of recurring cases for the implementation of improvement plans (based on criteria, generic notes related to calculations and expert professions, ECR, etc.).* Drafting elements to be exported to clients in compliance with existing delegations.* Responding to customer feedback and inquiries.You:* Blueprint reading (functional tolerance).* Use and consultation of tools such as PLM/CATIA.* Knowledge of composite materials and their applications.* Knowledge of assembly processes and/or calculations and/or methods is a plus.* Practical experience in roles related to MRB activities or technical disposition.BackgroundThis is an exciting opportunity to work for a global business that has developed a strategy of working closely with its contingent workforce.
