Mechanical Project Manager

My client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors including commercial, industrial, and residential.

My client is looking to recruit an exceptional Mechanical Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high value projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety

The role:

  • Oversee all aspects of Mechanical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting key metrics, progress, and any issues.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
