Job Purpose- Oversee a diverse portfolio, acting as a go-to advisory for clients
- Support the development of the firm’s tax services, delivering quality advice on all aspects of compliance
- Liaise with HMRC on clients’ behalf, handling queries quickly and effectively
- Assist with biling and financial management processes
- Support business development strategies, attending prospective meetings and quoting for services
- Oversee junior team members, including workflow management, quality control, and providing training
- Build trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving
- Keep up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team
- Set an example as a professional yet personable Manager

- Qualified by experience within UK practice would also be considered
- Technically efficient across taxation
- Supervisory experience with good people management skills

- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
