Food Service Assistant (6-month Fixed Term)12.60 per hour16 hours per weekGlyn Anwen Gainsborough Road Newport NP19 7NWWhat we need from you:Communication skills as youll be a member of the kitchen team youll be working with many people from the Chef and assistant chef to the service managers and our tenants. So youll have to be approachable and friendly and enjoy a good chatWorking knowledge of health and safety procedures getting the job done safely is key. Youll need to have a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of basic dietary and nutritional requirements. If you have a first Aid certificate let us know If not dont worry as well provide training and support you through it.An Enhanced DBS check will need to be carried out for this role.
