This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching across our Accountancy programmes helping learners achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.Youll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons assessing student progress and contributing to curriculum development. Whether youre an experienced lecturer or a qualified accountant looking to move into education wed love to hear from you.This is a Fixed Term role up to 12 months (Maternity Cover)Essential CriteriaTo be successful in this role you must have: A relevant Accountancy qualification at Level 3 or above Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent) A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one Relevant industry experience in accountancy Strong organisational analytical and communication skillsKey Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Accountancy programmes Develop curriculum materials and assess student work effectively Monitor attendance behaviour and progress providing tailored support Embed Maths English and Digital Skills into lessons Support recruitment and enrolment activities including open days and events Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement Maintain accurate records and support learners with SMART targets Participate in team meetings training and professional developmentWhy Join Us Competitive salary Enrolment onto the Teachers Pension Scheme 28.68% Employers contribution 35 Bookable annual leave days bank holidays and 2 weeks off at Christmas.
